ACCOMMODATION CHANGES Accommodation can be transferred to another person. Alterations to your accommodation booking will not be accepted over the telephone. All amendments must be made in writing. For individual accommodation booking changes, an administration fee of $40.00 will apply to each change. Cancellation of accommodation is considered a change. PAYMENT TERMS Your Credit Card Guarantee will be provided to the Hotel, should you wish to arrange pre payment please contact the Conference Managers.
