2021 Conference postponed

Due to the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the AQNML Executive Committee has made the difficult decision to postpone the 2021 Nursing & Midwifery Leaders Conference until 2022. The new dates will be announced shortly.

Unfortunately, the ongoing uncertainty of the COVID-19 situation has greatly impacted our Delegate and Exhibitor attendance.  We considered holding the event as either a hybrid or virtual Conference but recognise the importance of our Nursing and Midwifery Leaders being able to connect in person, hence our decision to postpone.

We had a wonderful program planned however the emphasis for our professions right now needs to be on the frontline of this growing pandemic. Our skills, leadership and courage as Nursing and Midwifery Leaders has never been as important or as challenging as it is in this moment. We need to look after each other in our efforts to care for our patients and our communities in this ever-changing situation.

We look forward to warmly welcoming you to the 2022 Nursing & Midwifery Leaders Conference.  Please stay safe and continue doing the fabulous work that you do.

If you are a registered delegate, presenter, exhibitor or sponsor, a separate email will be sent to you shortly detailing the postponement process.

Kind regards

Melinda Daniels

Invitation

Please join us at the AQNML Nursing and Midwifery Leaders 2021 ‘Courage Under Fire’ Conference.  Here we will recognise our professions’ bravery in standing together at the frontline, caring for our communities whilst under attack from an unknown enemy.  We came together as we always do and supported each other to stay strong, adapt, support and lead in the face of adversity.  We can’t wait to catch up with you all face to face, together again, in November 2021.
