It is with great pleasure we announce our 2023 AQNML Conference 'Leaders Cultivating Connections - Plant, Nurture, Grow & Thrive.'

The AQNML has a long and proud history of connection our Nursing and Midwifery leaders together for the past 73 years. Many of us have benefited from these supportive relationships started and grown at our annual conference each year.  As the current and emerging Leaders of our professions' future we really are in the prime position to positively influence the culture and learning environments for those in our stewardship and also those who will come after us.

This year's conference aims to focus on building these professional connections as well as working together to address and discuss the workforce issues with our unique combination of delegates from rural, regional and metropolitan areas across Queensland in both the Public and Private sectors of healthcare.

This really is an amazing opportunity to re-connect with old friends and colleagues and to make valuable new connections at this proven premium professional development event including our always entertaining dinner and dancing at our annual Conference Awards Dinner.
