Delegate Registration

Changes & Cancellation Policies

All changes and cancellations to Registrations need to be made in writing to the Conference Managers - events@cre8itevents.com.au and are not valid until they have been responded to in writing by the Conference Managers. 
  
Delegate Registration 
Registration can be transferred to another person.  Please forward all details in writing to the Conference Managers.   For any cancellation of registration up to 31 days of the Conference, the registration will be refunded less a $300.00 Administration Fee.  For any cancellation of registration within 30-0 days of the Conference, the full registration fee will be non-refundable. 

Group Registration
To qualify for the Group Registration rate, you must be a minimum of five (5) delegates from the same Hospital or Health Service.

Social Functions - Additional Tickets
Additional AQNML Networking Reception tickets can be transferred to another person. Please forward all details of transfer in writing to the Conference Managers.  For any cancellation of registration within 7-0 days of the Conference, the full social function registration fee will be non-refundable. 

Sponsor & Industry Registration 
Registration can be transferred to another person.  Please forward all details in writing to the Conference Managers.  For any cancellation of registration, the full registration fee will be non-refundable.
