Hilton has advised they are almost 100% full on the 12th September and also quickly selling out on the 13th September so the rate offered by the Hilton is likely to be higher on these nights.

Accommodation Changes
For any rooms cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival, an administration fee of $40.00 will apply.
Cancellation Fees
Should a guest cancel their confirmed hotel booking more than 31 days prior to arrival, the Conference Managers must be advised in writing (cancellations are not considered confirmed until you receive a confirmation of acceptance in writing) for time sensitive cancellations of amendments please email then phone the Conference Managers.
Between 30 and 14 days prior to arrival, should a guest wish to cancel/modify their confirmed booking. 1 nights penalty fee applies for every full cancellation; a penalty based on the 50% of the night rate will be charged in the case of nights reduction.
After 14 days prior to arrival date, or in the case of No Show, any cancellation and/or reduction in room nights will be classed as cancelled nights and will incur a charge equal to 100% of the full stay.
Payment and Credit Card Surcharge
All credit card payments will incur a merchant service fee. The Hilton Darwin currently charges a 1.5% Merchant Fee.
Pre-authorisations are released at check-out and take between 2-3 business days to go back into guest accounts.
Certain banks may take longer.
For bookings where accommodation is pre-paid, pre-authorisation will still apply for incidentals guarantee of $100.00 per night.
